Ode to the Number 44.Since I live in Multnomah Village, the bus of choice is the number 44. Every trip goes from PCC Sylvania to downtown, but only half go all the way to St. John’s.Want to be out past 9? Sorry! Be downtown before 9:20 if you want to get home tonight.Sometimes, it occurs to me that it would be a great idea to take a long bus trip to get tacos at Tienda Santa Cruz. Is it worth an hour bus ride to get some of those delicious $1 tacos? I think so. Not having an actual goal on a long bus trip such as that lets you take in everything without having to worry about getting to the office.
